COTTER & ASSOCIATES was established in 2008. With 10 years of experience behind me in real estate - Housing, Commercial and Rural Property Sales and Letting. Despite the current market, I truly enjoy my work so I decided with the support of my wife Maura, to set up our own family run Estate Agency in Fountainstown located just 4 miles from the bustling town of Carrigaline, despite the odds in this demanding economy.
The company’s vision for the future is strong – it’s very much a personal and hands on approach. I have built up a large data basis of clients over the years that have been very loyal to me, which I am truly grateful for. The success of the company is driven by my passion for the job and we would be one of the first husband/wife combinations, in the Real Estate industry in our area – which makes us unique!
